It’s not easy to manage a business, not to mention the hardest part: Get new customers, especially when covid-19 still has no sign of abating.
These days only businesses that can adapt will survive. Try different channels, I mean if you have an Offline business, you should put it online, if you already have an Online business you should try new ways to promote it to let your customer know about your business. But It really depends on the industry your business operates in and where your target audience is.
Make a research which platform/channel they use the most and use the tools to make marketing there.
Here are some ways that can help you get a new customer to your business.
If you think the people first search for your product online, then running a Google Adwords campaign is not a bad idea. Attract new customers when they search for the products or services related to your business. You can even list your business on Google Maps for free.
Google Adwords is consistently seen as one of the best ways to reach your prospective customer, drive traffic to your business, and ultimately increase sales.
But there’s no point in starting a marketing strategy unless you know what you’re doing, so education is key. Social media platforms have many big names : Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn,…But for me, Facebook and Instagram are the best places.
If the audience uses these channels the most. There is no reason that you should not try to run ads on these platforms. Millions of people use Facebook and Instagram every day, and your potential customers, clients, and prospects are likely there, too.

In my opinion, this is not the best way to get new customers but it’s the safest way i thought.

Affiliate Program at its core is just a partnership between your business and a partner(Marketer, Salesman or a Company etc). You will pay the affiliate partner when they refer customers to your business. You can pay per lead, or only pay per actual customer that signs up and buys your product. The best thing about affiliate programs though is that everyone wins.
